Mine arrived yesterday, same thing. Interesting that packaging was included but empty. Im upgrading from Note 10 plus and nibs from that work fine with the ultra so no real issue for me.

I'm still waiting for explanations from Samsung, I can't understand if there have been any changes in the boxes, I don't think the Spen tips work forever, I can understand other extra accessories, but the basic ones should be there..

Il sim removal tool lo trovi nel pacchetto nero con scritto samsung che sta sotto il coperchio, ho visto che nella foto compare quindi aprilo e dovrebbe essere lì

Tutto il resto non è incluso a quanto ho letto sulla pagina di samsung italia, quindi dovresti avere tutto.
