I pre ordered the note 20 ultra in order to qualify for the free ear buds. How do I choose the buds instead of the xbox game?

Pour réclamer les cadeaux il faut se rendre dans l'application Samsung membre, sélectionner la case avantage, cliquez sur le lien qui vous permet de copier votre code dans le presse-papier,ensuite rendez-vous sur la page de Samsung comme si vous alliez acheter l'un des deux options de cadeau que vous souhaitez et au moment de payer vous rentrez le code que vous avez copié dans l'application Samsung membre et au moment de payer on ne vous demandera pas votre carte de paiement vu que la facture
sera passée à gratuit, je vous ai fait une capture d'écran des 3 étape à effectuer avant d'aller vous rendre sur le site de Samsung pour commander le cadeau de votre choix et si vous êtes dans les 15000 1er avoir acheté le Samsung galaxy note pour le Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra vous pourrez réclamer votre prix.

Hi all,
So, I have received my e-voucher via email, I follow the link to see the 2 options (x-box thing or buds live), under each one is the option to 'choose this gift' (see picture), but, when I try selecting one nothing happens, nowhere to enter my voucher code, no opening of a new page, no confirmation, nothing...
Anyone else experience this?

Hi, so, I tried the link again today and it worked, I clicked on the 'Chose This Gift' button and it brought me to the order screen where I could put in my evoucher and then went through all the other steps to complete the order, I have also received email confirmation of both the order and the payment.
The issue I was having is obviously fixed - hope everyone else has the same luck...
