How do I customise icons for the N20 Ultra?

All I want to do is remove the app names on my home screen to make it look cleaner and improve the spacing. Seems impossible without a launcher.

You'll have to use a launcher such as Nova Prime @LaRusso 

 

It's not possible via the native settings in the phone.

Yes but that's not through the native settings.

It did the trick but also took away all the names in my app draw too, nevermind it'll do for now thanks.
