Galaxy Note20 SeriesBattery drain has been at least 30-40% higher after updating to one ui 3. Anybody else having this issue and any known fix?
- Also for some reason I'm not able to access wipe cache partition menu anymore either. Switch off phone, hold volume up and bixby button till logo comes. But phone just starts normally. Before update it worked.

You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Galaxy Note20 Series@Michael2103 can you instead hook upto a computers USB port. No software is needed etc as it's just the fact of hooking it up if the headphones option isn't working.
