Did this happen to anyone I have constantly on my screen a bubble with t. And it's green.

I can move it around and it goes a bit transparent but it's annoying. Any 

advise will good

Go into Settings, then Accessibility, then Advanced Settings, then Accessibility button, then Select Actions, then tap on High Contrast Fonts.
