Has anyone seen any differences between the Exynos and Snapdragon variants since the latest updates in software?

Hi @Mattthelegend2020

I'm on Android 11 , Samsung One Ui 3.1 and the June update.

My Snapdragon version is still performing very well.

Have you experienced any issues ?

I have noticed on the Exynos variant that whenever there's a new software update the quality of low light photos degrade with noise and artifacts in the photos.

Ah Ok @Mattthelegend2020

I sent my Exynos version of the N20 Ultra 5G back to Samsung UK and imported the Snapdragon version so I can't check this for you personally.

Thanks very much and appreciate it but is there a huge amount of difference between the two as far as photos are concerned.

I'm not sure.
Give me the specifics on how your camera is set up. I'm just a point and click photo taker and don't use most of the features the camera offers.
Explain when you take photos i.e Low light and what subject matter and I'll take some photos and upload them here to try and give some feedback on what my photo's are like.
Do take into account that some quality is lost sometimes when uploading them onto the forum..

Hello, The photos are taken in low light to pitch dark at the night sky 🌙and the moon but mainly stars 🌟 on night mode and Pro Mode at 3200 ISO and usually use 1,2,4,8,10 shutter speeds. Would you be able to take a lot of shots of the stars and moon and post the photos if possible. Many thanks 😊

I'm no David Bailey  :winking-face: @Mattthelegend2020 but I'll give it a go for you.

Do you zoom in etc.

That iso setting is pretty high which can create more noise in the picture.
