Error message when trying to download themes

When trying to download themes I keep getting an error message  (Empty - PN fa(se, PI fa(se, P true/C100020)

This mostly seems to happen on themes that have had price cut to Free. But has also happened occasionally with a few Paid themes. 

Anyone else having this problem? I've sent a Error Report to Samsung but was hoping someone might know how to solve this.

Perhaps clear your phone's System Cache Files and then try again.

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

I think this happens sometimes with new themes, or themes that newly got promotions. To easily bypass this issue, just tap on the seller's name (top left, right under the title of the theme), it will send you to the seller's page, then go to the theme that you wanted, and you should be able to download it without getting that error anymore.
