Echo issues with Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Echo during any normal video conference call

I bought my brandnew black Note 20 ultra 5g from samsung website directly during the preorder , it was an android 10. When I first use the phone for my call conference me and the others in the lines hears an ECHO. I didnt mind coz i thought it wasnt me. Then it keeps happening whenever i use my note 20 ultra phone. This echo issues doesn't happen with my samsung s10 nor with my s9 or note 9. (Yes i have plenty of phones, im an avid samsung user).. soo PLEASE help me fix this Galaxy Note 20/Ultra Echo issues.  It keeps happening during any normal video conference. Only happens with this note 20 ultra phone, its embarrassing knowing the $$$ price you paid for this phone. I searched all over online and i found out it wasn't just me there are others having the same embarrassing echo issues. Please reply to me with a resolution. I appreciate the help. Thank you.

No I have not found a solution for this echo issue with my Note 20 ultra. 

 

I use my other phones when I do video calls.  Im so disappointed.

To add your Samsung Members App has a diagnostic tool along with typing *#0*# in your phone dialer.

 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

Hi, Samsung Team,

Like others on this forum, i am really surprised on your technical team ignoring such a serious issue raised by many people, without understanding it's impact on customer loyalty, centricity & trust we placed on Samsumg brand.

Since last few months, i am also facing this issue with my new Galaxy Note 20 that person on other side hear loud echo/noise on video conferening on all different apps/platforms. Taking suggestions from customer care, i had to factory reset which resolved the issue for few months only and it's back again. Tried (Reset) many times, disabled some option but the issue keep haunting back.

In last 2 weeks, i came across many forums here & on google where people are facing same issues with Note 20 & i can imagine how annoying it could be! You have left us with no option but to use Note 20 for audio calls & use another phone for video calls.

Worst thing is that customers are facing these issues after buying best phone of Samsung. Your inaction & ignoring guenuine concerns from people is really worrisome. Would urge you to take notice & act.
