Dual sim dialler buttons missing

The latest update has removed the 2 button dialler option for dual sims. I only see 1 dialler button.

How have they messed this up?

HI ALL...Also, one huge favor please.....recommending everyone here go to link below that is reporting same issue on another Samsung Community thread and please read and 'like' post by @Dzeno .....maybe that will also help wake up Samsung Moderators @AntS , @AndrewL , @CarloL to do their job and escalate to Samsung Sr. Ranking Executives so Samsung can finally fix this issue!

@amjadellahi - is this issue resolved in Android 12, UI 4.0 ? Did Samsung bring back two separate buttons for calls dialer and SMS.

I'm still on Android 10, UI 2.5 and too scared to upgrade.....

I have upgraded to Upgraded to Android 12 but the two separate buttons for calls are still not available. Frustrating indeed

@Steve Sesay - thanks for helping confirm this issue is still not fixed in Android 12, UI 4.0

I may have some good news with another really cool app! Can you please help try this 'True Phone Dialer & Contacts & Call Recorder' app and please confirm if the dialer has two separate buttons SIM1 + SIM2 ? Link below

Below is a screenshot of how it looks like on Android 10, UI 2.5 with 2 separate buttons. Im worried if I upgrade to Android 11/12, then this 'Phone' app will also have same issue with only  1 button that requires to toggle between both SIMs.

Once you, @amjadellahi or anyone else here helps confirm no issue with a screenshot as evidence, then I will upgrade to Android 11/12. Im sure this may also help others here since Samsung has no plans to fix this issue.

More chance of winning the lottery than samsung fixing this or their customer service department. Company is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life.

@amjadellahi- 1000% agree with you! Anyway did you get a chance to try this 'True Phone Dialer & Contacts & Call Recorder' app ?  and please confirm if the dialer has two separate buttons SIM1 + SIM2 on Android 12, UI 4.0 ?

Yes it does have separate buttons but a bit clunky and not straight forward like stock dialler so dont use it.

Hello @amjadellahi - since Android 10, UI 3.x and Android 11, 4.0 only have one button for SIM1 and SiM2, quick question - is it safe to revert back to Android 10, UI 2.5 ? Looks like that might be the only option to have two separate buttons SIM1 and SIM2 for Samsung Messages (SMS) app and Samsung Phone (Calls) app, right ?
