Hi all, I dropped my phone from my pocket, it only fell about 30cm and is in a protective case. There's no visible damage to the phone at all and everything works fine but I have noticed a rattling sound possibly coming from the camera, not sure if it was always like that or not. Can anyone help?
Rattling from the camera would have been there before you dropped it, the camera has ois which means optical image stabilization, which is a moving part, don't worry Lisa, your just paranoid coz you dropped it, it is a normal thing.
I always use Galaxy S but as far as I'm aware that is the Optical Image Stabilisation and is present on all Note 20 Ultra models. I may be wrong about it been present on them "all" but this is something I have heard from people hearing this noise when receiving their phone new. So, you should have nothing at all to worry about.
