Hoping somebody can help me.  I don't want to do a full factory reset but how can you do a clear cache partition on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g. I've held down the power key with the volume down key and then the power key with the volume up key but I'm not getting to the menu I need.  Help!

You need to have the akg headphones plugged into your phone while you press the volume up and power key and you should be good to go. Hope this helped!

you can connect your phone to a laptop or PC and then press and hold volume up and power button, then you'll get to the menu :smiling-face:
