Hello
So after the latest update to Android 13 on my Note 20 ultra 5g, the quick setting menu is not moving up back itself.
Previously when I used to swipe down the quick settings menu to view the notifications, then the menu used to return automatically after clearing the notifications, but now it stays on its position. Even after clearing all notifications I have to manually swipe it up or tap anywhere.
It's very annoying.
They shall improve the update bugs and provide a new update.
Anyone facing similar issue and/or any solution?
Thanks

Hi @RafayAli

No mine returns after clearing my notifications.

First try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On which can help sometimes 🤔

If not the next step is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Let us know how you get on please.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
