Blank webpage for upgrade programme?

I got a Note10+ on the upgrade programme in December 2019.

In December 2020 I received an email from Samsung saying I was eligible for an upgrade.

At the time, the link in the email worked but the Note20 Ultra 5G didn't have any 512MB storage option availability so I waited to see if it would come back in stock.

Now, when I click on the "upgrade now" button, and enter my agreement number and surname as instructed, I just get directed to a blank page.

Samsung help told me they'd pass it to the sales team who would contact me. Nobody has. Someone on live chat today told me to email their zendesk email address but that's a 5 day or more wait apparently.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and how do I get it resolved?
