Right now this has happened im not getting any graph up it's just totally blank anyone Elfed or is it just my phone

I'm wondering if the recent software update to Android 11 you completed has caused some form of glitch @Julie84 

 

If a factory reset isn't working then I can only think a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can assist when they re open.

 

What do you think  ?

to be honest I have no clue worth this phone it's one thing after another but someone else's on hear has had the same problem. I think samsung really do need to up there game when it comes to customer service as they just fob u off.

also iv had the update nearly a week now so u would have thought would have happened before now. I cleared the cache couple days ago could that have something to do with it

My partner has the s20 and on Android 11 and Samsung One Ui 3.0 and it's the same i.e No App Usage. 

 

Maybe a bug i think. 

 

I'd suggest send a bug report to Samsung @Julie84

Not sure.

 

I haven't cleared the cache on my partners phone and she isn't aware on how to do it herself @Julie84

so take it she had no battery usage shown either? yes must be a bug. already sent a error report but to be honest they 3 to 4 weeks to get back to u and its a case of we wool look into this and get back intouch when our team finds a fault.

Yes and shows that no app usage and be sure she uses that thing frequently  ! 🤣

 

Joking aside though @Julie84 

 

I didn't check her phone when she first updated from Android 10 One Ui 2.5 to 11 and One Ui 3.0 because to be honest there's no need to as she's not had any issues that would instigate me having to.

 

Samsung don't always reply to bug reports but I hope they take notice and react.

 

Her phone has had zero other problems.

yeah I'm just fine with the whole samsung thing. lesson learned in never buying another samsung phone again. u pay the prices for premium itean that are ment to be the dogs ***** but then when u have issue's ur left high and dry like they're not bothered now they got they're money but business isn't about that if they won't the loyalty from the customers they got to be more attentive and helpful instead of just brushing it under the carpet. I really hope that the way they treat some of they're customers karma comes around and gives them a big dose of they're own. normally I shrug it off but with a phone costing £1279 ur dam right im getting my 2 Bob in.

I'm seeing more and more enquiries on how to revert back to Android 10 , Samsung One Ui 2.5 via a Custom Rom.

 

The faster Samsung Development Team send out needed bug fixes the better.
