Hi @Crisit ,
Right, so our Note 20 has within it an adaptive battery. This will, within a couple of weeks of you having the device, learn how you use your phone and then adjust the power accordingly to get the best results out of it. So we recommend continuing on with the phone and we're sure that you will notice an improvement in the battery as the phone learns from you. Can you let your battery run down to below 50% from a full charge and then send us a screenshot of your battery usage? You can get this by going to Menu> Settings> Device Care> Battery> Battery Usage.

Hey @Shnookerdookies ,
thanks for that. I can see that the Nova launcher has been working in the background during 12 hours. Have you tried to close this while not in use or replace this with a different launcher?

Battery and Screen On Time is a subjective topic so as long as a phone lasts me a day from my own usage habits and how the phone is set up then that's my benchmark.
This is a screenshot I did a little while ago for another thread.
I had 50% battery left when I powered it down.
I turn my phone Off overnight at 9pm and I turn it back On at 5am.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
