Hi us anyyone have issue with trying to hard reset the samsung note 20 ultra as when holding power button and volume up doesn't work at all

You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

No it's just the fact of hooking up the phone to a computer via the data cable.

 

Nothing to download i.e a software suite etc.

 

Or just try your usb-c earphones.

this keeps happening took with the battery graph no idea what's happening and now not on charge either

Maybe a calibration of the battery by letting it drop to 10% and then charge to 99% may help @Julie84

yeah iv not put it on charge at all today so can't see why it done it same with yesterday I'll attach a screen shot of it and it wasn't in charge either

Can you consider putting the phone into Safe Mode for a day and then see what the outcome is @Julie84
