After updating can't use quick launch?

Hi there for some reason I can't use quick launch on my galaxy note 20 5g after the latest update its strange because I can still get split screen and all the other things but the quick launch won't let me keep a page padlocked and I have been intouch with Samsung and they advised me to reset settings and restart my phone ect but this hasn't resolved the issue its still there but the quick launch writing is in grey scale and l have to reset all my ring tone etc after trying these steps does anyone have the same issue with the latest update on this month lm waiting for Samsung to get back to me ASAP by phone call but l use the padlock quite alot to keep important pages from closing.  Regards

I can't set the ringtone I had before as it seems to have gone. my battery is also draining very fast and not charging very quick at all. if I'm using my phone on charge its taking around 10-15 mins to go up 1%. sometimes might not even go up at all, have also seen it go down. phone is getting very hot too and my in call volume is quite low

Which latest update did you complete on your phone's ?

123youandme is my username lve had a look and on the 1st of December l got a update android 10 but the thing l find strange is there is a android 11 as I traided my s20 5g in for note 20 5g and before I sent my s20 back it updated to android 11 but lm only getting android 10 on my note 20 5g which is strange before the latest version which is android uI 2.5 version android 10 ect l was able to keep an app locked 🔒 but only one page for quick launch and it was 3 pages before if I remember correctly l really like it as it holds the page and stops you from loosing it which l have done a couple of times now bye swiping up by mistake they said l will be getting a call about next week to try and resolve this issue l also see a picture you kindly sent but when l hold the square button at the bottom it takes me to Google assistance do you have any further details pls regards Brian
