Note 20 Ultra Cell Service

I am noticing that my recently purchased Note 20 Ultra is having some really bad cell service issues. I am coming from a Note 10 Plus, which I would have great service throughout my house and work, but now since switching I am unable to get a good signal unless I am traveling on the highway. Is this possibly a carrier issue, or this could maybe be something internally with the phone?

If your getting signal while on the highway but not in other places then I can't see it being the phone however a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre can test it.

 

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone @Donelosh  ?

would you be able to try a different card to see if this is still happening?
