Spotify on Note 10+ and new ative watch 3

I have just purchased a new active watch 3 which is great and it works well with my Note 10+, however I have  a problem 

 

It looks like the panel on my phone is locking to the last track played and this happens everytime I use Spotify. The only way to clear it its to 'clear data on the app but that means I have to sign in again which is a pain

 

How can I fix this issue any ideas

Fellow members just reaching out to see if anyone has any updates on this issue. I can't believe I am the only one experiencing this.
Samsung tec team do you have any suggestions here?
