S pen

I lost my s pen and bought a new one but I cant sync my new s pen it still writes but I want it to sync to Mey phone note 10+ 5g.

Any advice

You need to go to settings>advanced features>s pen>Air Actions and make sure its turned off. Then insert the new s pen and turn air actions on. Wait for if to connect. It can taker several minutes.

Tried it but it keeps saying can't connect

Could you insert the S Pen > Open the notification panel by swiping down from the top of the screen > Tap the S Pen remote to activate it. The S Pen icon on the status bar will flicker and might take a few minutes to connect. 

Please Note: Do not detach the S Pen from the device when it is being connected. Doing so will interrupt the process.

Did you purchase this from our Online Store? Have you tried reaching out to the retailer to see if they're able to provide you with an exchange?
