Not a good experience at all @Rykandroid
The recent software update didn't work for people who owned the Samsung Note 10+ 5G so Samsung pulled the update and re worked it.
I now have this update on my Samsung Note10 + 5G.
The best place to go when a phone shows so many issues is a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre if a Factory Reset does not help.
If this was me i would have purchased an inexpensive phone with a decent camera to use in the interim so I could carry on being connected and able to take photo's while my primary phone was dealt with.
I appreciate that wouldn't be an option to everyone.
