Hi I have just bought a Note 10+ from eBay, and was wondering if the warranty would transfer over to me?

The manufacturing warranty is attached to the phone and not the person who originally purchased it @Zhi
The only issue can be is if a person imports a phone / buys a phone that was meant to work in another country. See Samsungs warranty information.

Okay thank you, but I don't have the original proof of purchase or the warranty card from the Samsung store because it's with the previous owner, so I'm I still able to claim warranty if I need to?

Yes as a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre would use the phones own serial number to validate warranty not a receipt of purchase.

It states in the general section of warranty that proof of purchase is required by both stores and web register. I'm confused.

In the real world either people don't retain the receipt, lose it, and others buy and sell phones either privately or on auction sites.
Receipts don't always change hands as they can hold personal information.
IMO Samsung wouldn't want bad PR from not providing support.
Sure Samsung write terms into their Small Print @Ali-Mac but in my years of experience they wouldn't decline support because a receipt isn't available.
I've bought phones from shops that buy and sell phones and phones privately and still received support from Samsung for the phone.
i.e the warranty follows the phone not the person.
This is where my advice originated from.
Samsung check on their systems using the phones serial number to check if warranty is available or not.
I hope that helps.
Are you experiencing issues with warranty for you phone ?

Cheers for reply, I have the chance to buy a tab S5e new sealed box lte+wifi 128gb. Claims it was bought Samsung direct as a gift and is unwanted. £370 not a bad price as they no longer available in 128gb lte. But they have no proof of purchase and I would have concern spending that kind of money with a private individual that I would have no recourse of action against, should the device have any problems down the line.
I searched Warranty and it says receipt is required.
Thanks for your help.

I can see why your concerned @Ali-Mac
That is a good price indeed.
Buying from a private individual can sometines bring about possible issues.
As your not fully sure where or when it was purchased.
For example if the unit was supplied by a Network as part of a contract and then something negative happens the network can imei blacklist it meaning the Lte won't work !
Obviously that's the worst case scenario.
Can the seller provide an authentic proof of purchase ?
If not then it's an informed decision to make.
Would I buy from a Private indivudual from an auction site or a Social Media selling page ? No
I wish you all the best with this situation.
