I have a two-week old Note10+ with a real problem.
When calling up a contact from the orange "Contacts" app (the phone's default option, I believe, e.g. "save to phone,") I find that I can't edit the file. That is, there is no edit feature on a completed and saved contact. See image below. (The edit function does however appear when adding a new contact.)
The advice within a June 2020 S20 thread where posters were experiencing the same didn't work for me; my phone didn't seem to have the same inputs or features.
But I also use Verizon Cloud to backup and there the contacts edit function does work.
So is the solution for me just as simple as disabling the orange Contacts app in favor of using the Verizon Cloud?
