Samsung Note 10-5G buttons fell off

I have a Note 10-5G and the power and volume buttons fell off. I have never had this problem with any of my previous Samsung phones. I have insurance but I do not want to pay the 250 dollar deductible for a manufacturing defect. This is a flagship phone and the buttons should not be falling off.

The phone comes with a 24 month manufacturing warranty @US4 although does not cover accidental damage.

Perhaps visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for support instead of invoking your insurance and having to pay the excess fee ?
