Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you for reading my report and for trying to help me.
I have a USB audio interface (Behringer U-PHORIA UMC404HD / UMC404).
To make higher quality audio recordings or transmissions, I tried to connect the referred audio interface via USB using the OTG adapter that came with my Galaxy Note 10+.
When connecting, initially everything seemed to work fine. Even the USB power supply for the audio interface worked!
But when I made the first recording, the audio sounded like Darth Vader's voice. And that was the first disappointment. I also tested the reproduction of the recorded material on other devices to ensure that the problem was not with the output. The problem was really in the capture.
Then I tried to hear some other audio through the interface, and to my surprise, it was weird, high-pitched and flawed.
In summary, when connecting my audio interface via USB to my Galaxy Note 10+, neither capture nor playback worked properly.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I know that there is a possibility to transmit the audio via 3.5mm jack. But then I would lose the output features of the audio interface.
I appreciate any guidance that can assist me.

Hi guys, I'm new here and wants yo add on to the topic. I am facing something similar, but with the steinberg UR22c. I've connected the interface successfully and it seems device is detected but there is just no signal being detected on Note 10+. I was reading up about DAC, and that the new type C doesn't have DAC, would this possibly be the problem?
Any help or advice to getting the audio signal on the phone would be appreciated.

Galaxy Note 10+ Exynos or Snapdragon processor?
I have a galaxy s10e and a galaxy s21 with an Exynos processor and neither of them works with audio interfaces. The Galaxy s10e worked as well as possible during certain software updates, but again after a few updates, it didn't sound scary. It has to do with Exynos processors and with software updates and nothing more.
I have a galaxy tab s7 and a galaxy s10 lite with snapdragon processors and they work great with usb audio interfaces. The Galaxy tab s7 just works awesome very well.
If you want to use its audio interface with Galaxy Note 10+ you have to wait for samsung to soak up and update the software and everything and nothing more.
Other solutions
1) use other interfaces as
a) https://www.saramonic.com/product/smartrig-2/
b) https://www.saramonic.com/product/smartrig-ii/
video and audio will be good, only saramonic has a sound ceiling, low noise will be heard, although all xlr microphones have it. There may be a delay in broadcasts
will need samsung usb c adapter https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/mobile-accessories/phones/usb-c-headphone-jack-adapter-ee-uc10juwe...
2) use usb microphones such as
https://www.rode.com/microphones/nt-usb
https://www.rode.com/microphones/usb/nt-usb-mini
usb microphones will definitely work, quality and good, although over pc windows much better.
If these options do not work, just wait for samsung to fix the issue after updating the software.
