Unblock phone

Hello,

I bought by Note 9 many years ago through a Vodafone UK contract. After getting to the end of the contract I moved back to Italy and gifted the phone to my father. Vodafone UK gave me an unblock code (NUC) but when I enter it I get an error message - something like "unblock code blocked. Too many attempts". I contacted Samsung Italy, who told me to contact Samsung UK.

Can you help?

From a Home screen, tap the. Phone icon. . If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap. Phone. 
Tap the. Menu icon. (upper-right) then tap. Settings. 
Tap. Block numbers. 
Tap the Minus icon. located to the right of the corresponding number(s) or contact(s).
