What do you exacty mean with biometric upgrade? Do you refer to the fingerprint, perhaps? If so, do this feature currently work?
Regarding the S-pen, I recommend you a general reset of the specific Bluetooth unit:
- Settings
- Apps
- Samsung App settings > Tap onto the three lines paired with a pointing down arrow on the right
- Show system apps (turn on the switch) > OK
- Bluetooth
- Storage
- Clear cache
- Clear data
Please note: along with this procedure, all other Bluetooth devices will need to be paired again.
