I know some people were generally having signal issues on their Note 10 phones when it was first launched.
I'm on o2 and Vodafone but not 3 however.
Does the issue remain wherever you go ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens ?
Try looking at the 3 networks signal checker to see if there is a known issue with the masts where you are.
Also if the same issue is found in another phone then your sim may need replacing.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on the phone if necessary.
