Samsung Note 20 Ultra Touch screen issue.

Hi Everyone, 

I own a Note 20 Ultra and have been having this problem where the bottom quarter part of my screen where fingerprint scanner is I go to click on apps, type or unlock my phone and screen doesn't respond to touch, have to touch it multiple times to work. 

Please help 🤣

Have you performed any self help troubleshooting @Deltz 

There are diagnostic tools in your Samsung Members App and via launching your phone app and dialing *#0*#

If that does not help remove any applicable screen protector.

Ultimately let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on with the phone.
