A software update arrived on my Note 20 Ultra two days ago. Please check Software Updates in your phone settings. It didn't receive Android 14 but it was given good improvements on screen smoothness and battery life.

I don't think it will receive Android 14.

I don't think the note S20 is getting it. The S21 was the last of the series to. If you check the full list on what devices that will receive it on the Sammobile.com site who published the full list.

Hi @SHAMIM AHMED  Unfortunately the Note 20 Ultra will not be elegible for One UI 6.0, inclusion in earlier press release from Samsung was an error. https://9to5google.com/2023/11/02/samsung-galaxy-s20-note-20-android-14-update/
