Samsung note 10 - The sound just comes from the speaker phone.

Hi, i got a Note 10. I just bought a Wired Headset New, and when i Plugged in no sound. The Sound just came from the speaker phone.

Please anyone can tell me what could be the problem? Any solution please..

Try the headphones 🎧 in a different source to see if they're good. If not, try other headphones on the phone, if both phone and headphones are alright must be a connectivity problem, physical.

Try all the sound settings, disable Bluetooth.
