Note19+ chrome freezing

Does anyone know why when I try to open a website in chrome it often freezes, i have to shut it down then reopen, happend on my tablet and note10, thanks

It might be due to available resources in the phone @Moi174 

I can only assume this.

Personally I find that Google Chrome is a resource hog - again only my personal opinion - so I use the Samsung Internet Browser.

Other browsers are available.

Of course I could be wrong and it might be something to do with your internet connection on mobile data or wifi causing the lag.

Try clearing the cache in your Google App.
