No sound on incoming calls

Hi there,

Regarding Note20 Ultra 5G.

When answering incoming calls, I cant hear them and they cant hear me. Outgoing calls are fine and not a problem. 

Power-cycle and soft-reset are tried without luck.

I find a thread in S24 with the same problem.

Anyone with the same problem? or maybe a solution?

Have you tried running the Diagnostics Test in the Members app, @OleQ?

If you have anything connected to the phone's headphone or charger port, this can interfere with the phone call resulting in crackling noises or the sound will be unclear. If you have anything plugged in, then remove this.

Make sure your software is updated with the latest version. Open Settings > Software update > Download and install.
