Navigation bar missing from pull down menu.

Hi there, 

Any reason to why this very handy switch has been removed? Whenever watching a movie or video I would swipe down and disable navigation bar so it goes away.  With the recent updates this is missing now, why? Now, everytime you want to watch a video you have to go deep in settings find display, go in scroll down to Navigation bar, select it, and then disable/enable - this is mush simpler definetly.

Please place this option back in the pulldown menu as it is very usefull.
