Hi @Littlethings and welcome to the Samsung's community . To answer your question, both Note 10 and Note 10+ have a screen protector installed by Samsung and the glass of the screen is a Gorilla 6.
Videos on Note 10+ screen hardness. I did not find any tests done with the original protector unfortunately. If you find some, give me the link please.
Test on the new Gorilla 6 glass on the screen. You also have a protector installed by Samsung protecting your screen even more
Tests on the screen without protector
And here, you can see the guy destroying it :
Some people prefer to took it out and are installing expensive Glass like Whitestone dome instead of the Samsung's plastic protector, i didn't but i installed LK screen protector on the screen protector because plastic can be scratch:
The score is 4.8 in my country not 3 like in yours, this is a plastic film and it make your S-Pen slippering less. If you use your S-Pen for design, forget this one :
Other choice Glass This KOFOHO screen protector can withstand 11lbs but i don't like the design for fingerprint:
Whitestone dome is the choice for a lot of hard user :
If you put another protection, you'll need to click for More sensibilities in the Settings

Yes my Note 10+ had a pre installed screen protector.

Mine came preinstalled and I made the mistake of replacing it with a IQShield w/ bluelight protection.
I just want to know where to get another one??? The IQ is junk and I hate it. The factory installed was thin, felt great, and was smear proof. IQ is thick/mushy feeling and smears appear often and are hard to remove.

I have a new Note 10+, which is phenomenal.
I did have a screen-protector preinstalled upon unboxing the new device.
I promptly removed it, as nothing comes between me and my Note 10+ display.
I respect what others want to do with their phones but personally I use a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector.
I don't want to possibly end up with scratches on my Note 10+ 5G display or even worse a cracked screen from accidental damage.

So there is one on the Note 10 Plus? Glade there is cause I got a few significant scratches on it not long after purchasing. You can feel the protectors edge so I breathed a sigh of relief after realizing there was one.
