HVEC format videos

The point of saving a video in hvec format is to reduce the file's size hence saving space. But instead an hvec format video is larger than the original video which is so ironic and annoying. 

And it's not a one time case. It's been like that for ages.

It depends what you are converting from eg lower quality file converted or saved as HVEC would be larger.
