Got issue not being able to watch programs full screen/view photos full screen

Hi,  I have a Note phone and samsung tablet.  Ive always been able to watch iplayer, itv player, sky go viewing apps in full screen on both.  From yesterday, having an issue can't watch full screen on either on any app.  Even photo gallery won't show pictures full screen.  Must be something to do with Samsung as different apps all doing same.  I've uninstalled apps, signed out n back in and made sure settings for apps is in full screen.  I haven't changed any settings for this to change.  Anyone else experiencing this, any ideas? Thx so much
