the note 9 has no broken screen, nor does is have a screenprotector.

it has a otterbox symmetry case around it, i have cleaned the phone screen with special screen cleaner, dusted it off with pressured air and made the thin area between screen and frame clean with a small razor.

i have booted the device in safemode (still issues), i have wiped the cache in the bootloader (still issues).

 

but still the note 9 plays and pauzes movies when using netflix, when using the normal videoplayer it pauzes and plays also but even skips to different movies.

when using spotify, it sometimes plays and pauzes, but mostly skips a lot of songs forward and backwards. sometimes plays 15 secons orso of a song and skips again.

the pull down menu doesn't stay down, it keeps going back up, and another MAJOR issue is that the screen keeps lighting up when it's locked and should be dark.

 

 

i have noticed then when the phone is 100% battery, it doesn't accur or less so i haven't noticed it correctly.

this usually starts around 83%.

i have always used the original charger and cable.

 

i have read something about replacing the screen but that is a a huge cost, and it isn't even broken.?

 

how to fix this?

Sorry to hear you're having these issues with the screen. You might want to try a full factory reset as last resort. Make sure to make a proper backup of your personal data as everything will be removed, but don't apply the backup until you made sure the screen issue stopped occurring.

 

The other option would be to send in your phone for repair. Obviously, if there's no damage to the phone and you haven't broken the other warranty conditions, repairs will fall under Samsung's warranty and will be free of charge for you. If however your device is damaged, a warranty claim could be denied and costs may apply. Check the warranty terms and conditions for the country you want to make a claim under Samsung's warranty on Samsung.com for more information.

het probleem heeft zichzelf opgelost na halve dag niet gebruikt te hebben, en terwijl die uitstond aan de oplader te hebben gehangen?

momenteel ervaar ik even geen problemen meer, maar alsnog vind ik het een zeer vaag tafereel.

 

factory reset's zijn leuk maar dat is altijd zo'n gedoe om alles te backuppen en weer terug te krijgen.

 

garantie is leuk, maar als je de voorwaardes leest dan oogt het dat ze met heel veel dingen het toch op de eindgebruiker kunnen afschuiven onder slijtage door (normaal) gebruik. of dat je iets fout gedaan hebt.
