Galaxy note 20 5g screen black

I have a Galaxy note 20 5g all of a sudden my screen went black it's charging cuz i feel it vibrate. Iastnight i put it on the charger, today i finally see the Galaxy note 20 screen pop on but that's all. It don't go all the way to start up. now i see the factory reset screen what should i do. I  need the info on my phone I've been locked out of my Google accounts for a month now since this has started its passkey protected with the phone that stuck. Please help me

I understand it's been a few days since you had this issue, @Tybaby86. Please plug the phone on charge and try a soft reset by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons together for a few seconds. If that doesn't help, it would be worth getting it checked by an engineer at one of our Samsung Service Centres.
