Dual sim dialler buttons missing

After the new update. 

The Dual phone call dialler button is missing. What a inconvenience caused to the users. This really bad and Samsung without checking just rolled out tbe update. What is the use of dual sim if you cannot use them without going an extra mile.

Any news if Samsung will do something about this abomination of an update? This is really messed up we paid and purchase a design knowing it will have those two buttons ready why change it now

@Jimyjami - no response from Samsung....and unfortunately the Samsung Moderators of this Community are also unresponsive. 

For now, i have reverted back to Android 10, UI 2.5

@Leenox Stha - I'm in Canada and have an imported Dual SIM Note 10+....so I'm relying on local Europeans to help escalate this issue to Samsung EUROPE Sr Ranking Executives!! You should call and email Samsung directly to help get this issue fixed asap.

I do get the frustration because I feel the same way. A key feature is deleted, a lot of people complain and nobody gives a hoot. I use my phone both to call personal as well as business contacts. Thanks to this 'update' many of my business contacts have my personal phone number too. Samsung should not ignore this.

This is very very exciting and glad to hear Samsung finally came to their senses!

For about 9 months, as a temp solution, I reverted back to Android 10, UI 2.5 ....and have been daily checking Samsung Community threads patiently waiting like all us for the good news shared today by @Elles93

Like many others, I cannot risk to update my software to Android 11, UI 3.x until I see evidence that this issue has truly been resolved for both Samsung Calls App and Samsung Messages App

Can we have ppl here on Android 11, 3.x please help attempt to update and provide us with screenshots of the software update information that shows update version and most importantly screenshots of Samsung Calls (Dialer) and Samsung Messages app. It would be helpful see evidence showing 2 separate buttons SIM1 + SIM2 for Calls and Messages.

Yesterday updated to android 12 (Galaxy S21) and...

still this same problem - only one button 😞
