Disappearing keyboard

I'm suddenly experiencing keyboard problems. I replaced the SIM card, but my microphone keeps disappearing, and my keyboard itself is also disappearing. I've attempted to load Gboard, but it doesn't appear when I want to type. I don't know what to do, and I can't find a solution.

It's so bad I have to voice chat in text pad and then try and get the paste button to show up after trying to find my voice chat icon while it keeps disappearing just so I can post something

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This happened to me a while back, I resest my phone but it recently happened to a family member and they just restarted it

I have tried both and I've tried it with the Samsung keyboard and the Gboard and this was before and after I replace the SIMs card

I'm going to be replacing this phone, My mobile services replaced the SIMs card twice they have trouble shot it I've trouble shot it it just does not seem to be repairable there's nothing physically viewable everything is internal
