Dead phone

Hi

So, I got up this morning and my phone is completely unresponsive. I went to bed as normal listening to music yhen went to sleep when my earphone battery died. My phone now will not power up and shows nothing on screen when I plug in my charger.

Hi @Gartoa,

Any joy with using a different cable/charger/mains plug; or with plugging into a computer and attempting to reboot the phone into Recovery Mode? 

(Recovery Mode: Volume Up + Bixby + Power key, until the Samsung logo appears. Once you're in: navigate using the Volume key; select an option using the Power key. Select 'reboot system now'. Be very careful to avoid 'wipe data/factory reset' or it'll wipe your data.)

Tried everything you've mentioned whilst dealing with Samsung directly. They're as stumped as myself and are in the process of arranging a repair. Thankfully still under warranty!

Completely forgot about this. Phone had to have a new motherboard fitted
