Buds Pro 2 and Galaxy Wearable

I can't get my galaxy buds2 Pro to be recognised by Galaxy Wearable on my Note 20 Ultra. Can anyone advise.

In Wearable they're reported as not connected but are clearly visible under the Bluetooth settings.

Where did you buy them from? Have you still got the receipt?

I don't know how to put this, but I would contact samsung customer service and get them to check the Buds are genuine.

I say this as it's usually only copies that will not connect to the wearable app.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this and I hope I'm wrong not knowing any more information.

Quick update, I sent the wrong ones back and received the proper ones today. Mate, what a difference 👏. Again thanks for your advice and assistance 👍🏼
