I play pubg and cant tell what direction someone is coming from. Is there some sort of settings to alow me 360 surround sounds

A few things you can try.
1. SETTINGS > SOUNDS AND VIBRATION > SOUND QAULITY AND EFFECTS > Turn on DOLBY ATMOS

2. SETTINGS > ACCESSIBILITY > HEARING ENHANCEMENTS > Make sure MONO AUDIO is disabled

3. Use a pair of headphones
