This is 2 seconds exposure, done with a tripod and a remote shutter, during the Lunar Festival of loghts show in my city.
I am VERY DISPLEASED from the fact that i cannot upload HEIC/HEIF images. JPEG is disgusting, being forced to use inferior format Jpeg, that ruins quality, and ruins dynamic range, actually damaging my photos makes me most displeased and i will rant in disagreement and displeasure of using such inferior image format - pathetic inferior jpeg.
How backwards is this, Samsumg? are you living in 1990s Just add proper native support for HEIC and HEIF and you will have much better images uploaded.
To be clear, i consider these jpeg images disgusting, because they are JPEG, and JPEG ruins details and dynamic range. Remember when you criticize how bad are the images, you actually criticize how bad, how inferior and how disgusting is the jpeg format.
Original images are HEIC/HEIF exported from RAW DNG and the exported HEIC/HEIF images are far superior in quality, detail and dynamic range comapred to these disgusting jpegs, because HEIC/HEIF is far superior than inferior jpeg. For the same image size YYYxZZZ pixels and same r quality factor, HEIC/HEIF not only offers superior image quality, superior detail retain and superior dynamic range, also makes files half as big in file size of disk. Jpeg is such a waste of time, waste of disk storage and image quality.
