We bought this as a gift for a friend but soon realised that she wouldn't have the patience to build it, so after discussing it with her, it was decided that I would take the task on! It turned out pretty good I think. It's surprising just how many parts there were to put together, the mini lantern on the floor for example is made up of 6 individual components 😮 Most of the books had to be made too, some are wooden blocks with a paper cover, others are a piece of printed paper cut out and glued in a box shape and others have actual pages! There is even lighting.
