Accede a Ajustes >Administración General >Restablecer y Restablece Ajustes de bluetooth/WiFi.
Después deberás volver a configurar dichos Ajustes.

@venan21 ,buenas noches,acceda a Modo Seguro de tu telefono e intenta activar Wifi.Aqui se explica como activar Modo seguro:https://www.samsung.com/es/support/mobile-devices/como-activar-y-desactivar-el-modo-seguro/
Si en Modo seguro puedes activar Wifi,esto indicaria de que tienes una app de terceros,no presente en Modo seguro,que impida la activacion-buscala y desinstalala.
Si el problema persiste,podria tratarse de fallo de Hardware.Prueba a restablecer tu telefono a valores de fabrica antes de buscar y contactar con servicio tecnico autorizado.
