Visual voicemail A51

My wife has a new A51 but the visual voicemail tab is missing in the voicemail settings. We have 2 other A51 in the household and it is on those. All three phones are on the sky mobile network.

Are you all on the same software updates too @Ridafa 

Try removing your sim card and insert one of the others to see if this feature is then pushed out to the phone.

I've had a look at the software and the 2 with visual voicemail have the new android 12 update which was still there before updating them.My wife's is on the android 11 but for some reason says it is upto date when I check for updates. It won't find the android 12 update so that's another head scratcher. I will try the sim card swap and see what happens.
