UI 6 is so bad

I updated my phone yesterday and I am regretting now as it is not working properly,it has gone slower ,even on wifi .I restarted it couple of times but not any difference . Does anyone know how to fix it plz help

Hey there

It isn't clear. On a previous post a Samsung Moderator stated that the A13 5g would get the Android 14 update but the 4g version wouldn't.

Another member then suggested that it was the other way round. I've searched this question before and haven't been able to get a definitive answer as to whether your device will get Android 14 or not.

Same here, and also regularly out of the blue I get bombarded with notification sounds.

For that to stop I need to reboot the phone.

I am, let's say, not impressed with the Samsung quality.

I tried to add associated products and they don't even have my phone, their own  A54 5g in there!
