Hi there. What kind of touchscreen problems?

I press screen and different app opens screen freezes, I cannot close screens, touchscreen becomes unresponsive. Then it works and starts to open apps I previously pressed then stops and starts. I tried all fixes suggested on Google searches. I finally done a complete factory reset but problems are starting again. I may have to return phone but would prefer to fix it. any help greatly appreciated

From what you're describing, i would bet you've picked up a virus of some kind. Of course, i might be wrong...

Is the phone under warranty ? If so , just hand it back.

I have run virus check, nothing showing, yes phone is still under warranty

spent ages on chat with Samsung tech guy. I had to restart in safe mode, then after a while restart normally. seem to work but has now started playing up again. was advised to make a list of my apps, delete an app 1 at a time and check phone, if its still playing up delete another app and do on till phone works OK, last app deleted before phone works OK will be app that caused problems you can reinstall the apps you had deleted.
